Planned downtime for Teamspeak Server on Wednesday 30th Sept

Outfit- and General- News Section

On Wednesday 30th September the virtual server running Teamspeak will be moving to a new physical server. This will take place between 12 and 2 pm UK time (11am - 1pm GMT, 1 - 3pm CEST).

I will be at work so won't be able to log on to give you any notification, so consider this an at-risk period. If I experience problems getting TS up using my phone's console, then there is a chance that it will be down until I return home (5:30pm BST/6:30pm CEST).

See, this is customer support at its finest!
Researching when least people are using the server and then doing maintenance and other stuff in that time frame!
*applause*
Something bigger companies should really learn from you!
Some people will go straight to hell.
With VIP ticket and free drinks...

The bigger the company, the less they care for their customers. ;)

Good luck Cedar!

It was a negotiation with my provider, so the time was not exactly my choice, but they took into account the periods I said were not good times.

It was down from 12:12 - 12:19pm UK time (BST), so only a short disruption and it seems quite a bit faster on the new hardware.
